Claire a été très réactive et aidante. Le logement était très beau et spacieux. Quelques petits bémols sur le ménage (poubelle remplie, défection dans les toilettes, salles de bain non nettoyées avant l'arrivée, machine à café non vidée...) mais qui s'est réglé par un passage de l'aide ménagère le second jour. Bien noter qu'il n'y a pas de wifi comme précisé dans l'annonce. La maison reste très belle et spacieuse dans un bel emplacement.

Stayed here for one night with a group of 5. Positives: - Beautiful entire house with many bedrooms, rooftop with a nice view, and common spaces. - Great location, close to the heart of the city. Medina and plenty of restaurants close by. - Claire is very responsive and was helpful in answering questions and putting me in touch with a local guide. We didn't get a chance to meet her in person - not sure if she lives in Tozeur generally. Things to be aware of: - Maybe I missed it, but I could not find instructions on where to find the accommodation. The location indicated on GMaps is incorrect. We ended up walking around with our luggage for some time until a local man helped us. - On the evening of our stay we discovered that the airconditioning in two of the bedrooms didn't work. The host may have fixed it if we had found out earlier in the day. We squeezed into the other rooms and 1 guest slept in the livingroom. When I told the host after our stay I received no response.
