Beachfront property located in a secluded gated community on Monterey Bay. The property includes nature walks and tennis courts. Steps to the beach and a short drive to Santa Cruz and Monterey. The condo was very clean with newer appliances. Exactly as described. We will stay there again.

Very nice upgraded home. The dunes are right outside the patio. It kept us very comfortable during our stay.

Lisa's place was great for our family's beach trip. Great location, great host, no complaints. A little tricky to find the condo at first because we arrived after dark, so recommend getting there earlier if possible.

Esthetically pleasing... Between the warm modern interior and the picturesque exterior, you have something that evokes the expression "Insta Worthy". Everything is well thought out for comfort. Condo is on the 1st floor of a cool wood shingle multilevel. Many plants and trees in front, while the back is tall grass , sand, and ocean. The beach is clean and beautiful. There is a mini general store right across from the condos with helpful kind staff. The front gate situation is confusing at night (we arrived late). You need to drive up to the window to check in with the guard instead of driving directly to the gate. They are very cool and also patrol the property. The property is central to Monterrey and Santa Cruz. It actually worked out really well for us. It seemed really secluded at 1st, but the longer we stayed the more we loved the location. Walk from parking spot to front door was easy. Access to the beach is only a couple doors down. Trash disposal convenient. Starbucks is near:)
