The place and the host were great. The villa and the view were breathtaking. It was the best villa we have ever been. The host is great. Helpfull and friendly.

The villa is charming, roomy and sits in an amazing location with an incredible view and a large and deep pool. Paolo is a very friendly host and keen to be at service and quick to act on any feedback or questions the customer might have. During our stay it was extremely hot and the fact that this house doesn't have air conditioning becomes troublesome and makes it hard to sleep, which pulls down the total experience and value of this otherwise paradise-like place.

A big property in a quiet area with a wonderful view of the sea. We were two families staying here for 10 days in July, and we loved the beautiful pool and the outside patios. The house was not as clean as we would have expected - especially the kitchen and fridge had to be cleaned before we could use it. The Wi-Fi did only work in one part of the villa. It would also have been great with a house manual with info on the handling of garbage etc. But Paolo was always friendly and helpful when we had any questions. We really enjoyed our holiday here and the pool was essential as it got really hot during daytime. The house is close to the charming old town and other nice towns and beaches as long as you have a car.
