Our stay was nice at Joan’s place! The hot tub was such a treat and the scenic view was good for our souls! Not too far from St. John’s it’s about 30 minutes, but it’s a nice drive and it was nice to escape the city at the end of our day and come down in the hot tub. The only thing I’d suggest is a full length mirror behind the bathroom door to make it easier for two people to get ready etc. other than that, thanks so much Joan! Your hospitality was lovely.

It was a beautiful spot, loved the hot tub. Not a ideal spot if you are tall as we banged our head a couple times haha as the walls are slanted.

We had such a wonderful stay here. Joan’s home is peaceful and relaxing. The lake temperature and hot tub was delightful. If you’re really tall, you might struggle in this room- the walls are slanted, and I managed to smash my head on the ceiling multiple times. I would certainly stay here again though. Joan is so kind and welcoming, and her place had everything we needed and more.
