My wife and I stayed at the Tree House for our 10 year wedding anniversary, and we couldn't have been happier. From the start the hosts were friendly and communicative about potential early check in. We did a day hike before arriving and when we got to the house we immediately fell in love. It was a little tricky to find, but the instructions were clear and helpful. The house is so secluded and right in nature. The property and landscaping is very well maintained but also very natural and didn't feel "artificial". Our whole experience was a reconnection with nature (the no wi-fi/cable was refreshing). The hot tub under the stars was lovely (even had cold plunge tub), the fire pit was large and well built. Our absolute favorite was the bench swing overlooking the mountains precisely where the sun sets absolutely beautify. The game room with darts, air hockey and battleship was fun too! Overall, we had a fantastic time, our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!

The Hiker’s Treehouse is a hidden gem near Lake Toxaway. It is quaint and private yet convenient to hiking trails and restaurants. We loved using the sauna and didn’t get a chance to try out the hot tub. The spiral stairs to the upstairs loft was a little tricky but we were able to navigate it and enjoyed the comfortable bed and extra bathroom. I highly recommend the cabin if you are looking to unwind. You will enjoy the beautiful landscaping and mountain views as well as nearby hikes. We did the Rainbow Falls hike and it was very rewarding.

This place was my Airbnb dream come true!! I wanted a sweet little private cabin in the woods and it checked all the boxes. Will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful cozy space with so many thoughtful touches. We loved walking the trails on the property and enjoying the sunset from the porch swing. We felt tucked away without being too isolated. A perfect long weekend getaway!
