Super nice villa, very peaceful & well decorated alongside great night lighting for the pool, there is a big bluetooth speaker for use too! Host & housekeeper are very friendly and proactive. Short drive from the main area of Hoi An.

A wonderful stay, the villa is spectacular, everything we had hoped for. A short walk to a number of great local restaurants and marts and a short Grab ride into Hoi An old town. On the first day Nam Phuong suggest a local restaurant for lunch, Breeze, and we couldn't have been more happy with the result. It showed the benefit of a bit of local knowledge. Endless hours were spent in the pool and lounging around taking in the view. Breakfast was great each morning, the fresh bread rolls to die for. Rooms were all lovely and the aircon was very welcome for sleeping at night during the heatwave we found ourselves in. We'd return tomorrow if possible.

Villa vraiment très agréable, spacieuse et conforme aux photos! La propriétaire a toujours été très réactive, nous a donné beaucoup de bons conseils sur les activités et environs, a organisé pour nous les transports aller et retour pour l'aéroport. Sur place, la personne en charge de la villa n'était malheureusement pas là pour nous accueillir, il n'y avait que la femme de ménage qui ne parlait pas un mot d'anglais... Donc une arrivée un peu compliquée mais ces 2 personnes ont été par la suite très serviables. Petit bémol, le ménage... A notre arrivée le frigo était encore plein de nourriture et surtout pas vraiment propre! Il y avait des insectes morts qui flottaient sur le distributeur de glaçons du frigo! Pas très engageant en arrivant je l'avoues. D'une manière générale le ménage était plutôt léger surtout les parties communes. Autrement villa vraiment très agréable!

Nhu Nhu was excellent at her presentation of the villa and the communications, before during and after our stay. A beautiful, large, spacious villa. Well designed with a clean swimming pool which we (the kids) enjoyed very much. The rooms and attached bathrooms were excellent and the kitchen OK, although there was a good amount of leftover/half used food from the previous guests. Its location is serene - with a river view (it is 15 mins by car to the seaside). We were troubled by the neighbour burning waste next door, which made us uncomfortable, until our host requested them to stop. Note that the front rooms in the villa are near the main road so subject to traffic noise. The daily breakfast that was provided as part of the deal was different and well received by my family. Unfortunately the evening dinners that were talked about and which we wanted, were not possible due to the ill-health of the housekeeper. Overall a good holiday “get-away”, somewhat distant from the hustle!

Our stay was fantastic. The house was well designed and thought through in detail. The host helped us with everything and even found solutions to last-minute requests during a national holiday. The location was perfect when travelling with a scooter or bicycle to the centre.
