This is our first time on AirBnB and the rates we are offering is way below what we normally charge. This is our Coronavirus special to keep our staff busy during this time. It offers 2 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, 1.5 bathrooms, a modern chefs kitchen, lounge, and is equipped with WiFi, an outdoor shower, barbecue, and storage space for beach gear and 2 bikes. A welcome basket of delectable Calabrian provisions is included. Round trip transportation to/from local train station is included. WiFi and cooking gas, is included in the rental fee. There is a 500 Euro refundable security/damage/loss deposit due upon arrival, which will be returned, minus any damage or loss. Additional Fees Apply: for landline phone usage, Electrical consumption. gas heating (Nov to April), cleaning and linens per person. rental guests to be billed per consumption in Euro cash upon arrival/departure.
