The back yard was quite the disappointment. No green grass to be seen, full of prickly weeds, weeds overgrown around the lake. The entire yard is unusable so you only have a deck to enjoy. The yard certainly does not resemble the pictures. The house wasn’t very clean either. The rooms noticeably smelled sweaty, beds weren’t clean. We went to use the BBQ and all the bbq utensils were still dirty with food on them. The AC didn’t work in the bedroom “probably why the room smelled so sweaty”. We loved the location and this place, it just needs some work especially for the amount of money it costs to rent. And the spider infestation inside is really something else. I’m not afraid of spiders but when you kill 10-15 a day inside and your kids wake up with them in their hair, and they’re crawling on you in bed it’s a little much. Pest control needs to be called. The owners were great and it’s a cute place with a amazing view. This place has such potential to be a 10 out of 10.

Place was great. Kids loved the dock on the lake. House was very nice. The yard could use a little TLC, but overall a great place. Would absolutely love to stay again.

This house was extremely clean. Better than the pictures! We had a party of 7 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay again.
