We loved staying at Giovanni’s place. We found it clean, comfortable and very peaceful. We didn’t really make use of the swimming pool as everyone found it super cold (we were staying in March so outside temperatures weren’t that hot yet). But I imagine it would be perfect in warmer weather. Recommend a car for the location - we loved Lajares! The only watch out I would say is the fake grass covering the “pit” at the side of the apartment. It’s covering some boards and my son nearly had a nasty accident when one of them shifted whilst he and my husband were playing with a beach bat and ball. Luckily my husband was there to help him. They really should be screwed down and we didn’t allow the kids to play on that area after that.
