We cant imagine any place more calm and comforting than staying in this house. The only sounds in the night are the rhythm of the waves. You can walk through the "strandeng" to the beach for a morning swim and come back for your morning coffee and freshly baked buns. You can harvest kantareller berries and go fishing. You can play golf on one of Denmarks most beautiful courses There is a central Living room where everybody meet. Here is the kitchen, eating area and two day beds. Of course also a fire place. From the entrance room you can enter the master bedroom and the bathroom. Next to the main house is the annex with two separate rooms, this is our private space and storage.

Netter Kontakt, super schnelle Kommunikation und ein Haus, das alles hat: sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, gutes Raumkonzept und eine prima Lage.

Das Haus von Anne Mette ist wunderschön. Die Lage mit der Nähe zum Strand und den Pfifferlingen im Wald ist einmalig. Von hier aus lässt sich die Insel gut erkunden. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house is very lovely and so cozy! It has everything we could ask for and more. The location is very beautiful - and so is the the whole island. Our hosts were super quick on communications. Thank you!!

GOLFBLADETS mangeårige chefredaktør, Morten Buckhøj, der har besøgt Læsø i jubilæumsåret, er i hvert fald ikke i tvivl. Han skriver i sin anmeldelse i juli-udgaven af GOLFBLADET:
“Læsøs bane er vanvittig god. Så god, at den bør være en af de baner, man altid nævner, når talen falder på ” Danmarks bedste golfbane”. Den er simpelt hen formidabel. Hul for hul stiger oplevelsen, der både er en spillemæssig oplevelse med meget, meget gode og udfordrende golfhuller, og en helt vidunderlig naturoplevelse”.

We don’t have a car ourselves, for environmental reasons, and yet we are able to go from Copenhagen to this remote island with train, bus, ferry and taxi.
You can book taxis here and there are regular buses with free rides.
Please check the internet for time schedules for ferry and buses.
There are a number of older bikes available in the shed.
