Great comfortable bed for a quick stay, thank you!

A great price for a short trip to London. May accommodated my booking at the last minute and gave very clear instructions with photos to help with self check in. Clean room, comfy bed and a view of the stadium! Keep in mind if you aren’t going to a game there is a bit of noise during the game you can hear from the room. This didn’t affect me at all but also the closest station is closed before and after games so just plan your travel accordingly.

I appreciated being close enough to where I was working to walk and found it pleasant staying in a more local borough of London, outside of the tourist madness. (Although I did not encounter any game days at the stadium.) The space was efficient and comfortable and for a week-long stay I was glad to be able to use the kitchen but do think it could be kept cleaner for guests. It's a bit of a walk to find coffee or places to eat but I enjoyed the quiet and the walking. Both Islington and Finsbury Park are within 10 minutes on foot but if it's raining the 5 minute walk to the bus is a bit irritating. The hosts keep to themselves so it's not a stay where you will get to know about London or where to eat but they are kind, straightforward, and quick to address any issues that might come up in the apartment. Other guests may be staying in another bedroom so I felt safe as a solo traveler. Overall, it worked very well for what I needed and believed that the cost was on point for the accomodation and experience I had. I would likely stay again if I find myself back in the area for work in the future.
