房间很干净，非常好，住了四晚，两天打扫一次房间

On arrival, the receptionist was fumbling around & we were given the last available apartment. It was nothing like the images provided on the Airbnb website, smelt of cigarettes & faced a dumpster outside the window. It didn’t feel clean, safe or secure. We complained & were told the manager, who wasn’t on site, would call within 30mins. After 1.5 hrs, we got the call, left our meal & rushed back as they said they had to leave. Upon arrival, we were told they were fully booked and that was the only room left. After 2 days, we were given the choice of 2 other rooms, one of which was closer to what was advertised, however they never offered an apology, instead the manager said “no one has ever complained about this issue before”. I had messaged the host Christopher on Airbnb & via text message but have not received any response even to this day. Others have had similar negative experiences with bad reviews online for Plum Serviced Apartments. I wouldn’t recommend this Airbnb.

!!YUCK!! DO NOT BOOK!! The room stank of cigarette smoke, the photos aren't the room you get, things were sticky, the shower smelt like urine, hand prints on the bathroom door, mold inside the exhaust fan, the exhaust fan was completely covered in dust, all power points were covered in dust, mold in the dishwasher, hair on the shower walls, the floor had not been vacuumed, thick dirt on the bottom of the wall next to the bed, smudges all over the glass coffee table, food crumbs in the cupboards, above the stove top was covered in bread crumbs, the fan that was in our room was covered in dust, the edges were black, feet of the fan were covered in dirt, the heating unit unit was covered in dust and dirt, the fridge had food stuck to the side, crumbs the bench top. We were there for about half an hour and left. The customer service for the late check in was disgusting. called liars and told us to leave, we had been waiting an hour and a half to check in, doesn't answer calls/texts.
