This beautiful house has 2 bedrooms (queen bed each), one full bathroom in the hallway and an additional full bathroom in the pool area. Air mattress is provided to accommodate 2 extra guests. Total guests allowed is 6. Each Bedroom has its own smart TV and there is also a smart TV in the living room, ideal for family night. Our place has a fantastic pool area. Unlike a hotel or resort, our pool and backyard will be exclusive for your family and friends. With an outdoor cabana with cooking area, sink and charcoal grill. Outdoor bar, and a 4 people jacuzzi to relax after a long day in the parks (please see additional fees below). Make delicious meals at our spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need! Pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, cups, toaster, blender, brew coffee maker! Enjoy great meal with your family. Working space: We have a desk in the master bedroom. There is a $45 per stay fee (to cover high utility bill) for up to a 7-day reservation. Pets: Trained dog is allowed for a $150 fee (only 1 dog allowed). Pet fee is paid before checking-in. Please let us know your dog’s breed before booking. Please do not sneak in your dog. Please review our pet rules. The fee may be waived for registered service dogs. Must provide valid registration number with the United States Service Animal Registrar. Service dogs must be with guest at all times, and not be left behind for any reason. The dog can be walked by the neighborhood sidewalk or backyard. Grill: We offer a NEW gas Weber Genesis grill to make your vacation even better! relax by the pool while grilling some burgers! Enjoy a delicious cookout by the pool. We provide the gas and cooking utensils. The grill has an additional fee of $45 for the entire stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use it.
