Comfortable stay. The place is perfect for a night or long stay. Everything you need is there. Charles was responsive and very accommodating.

I had a requirement for the first time for a lengthy 4 wk. Air BnB booking that wasn't for a holiday or pleasure. It needed to be both comfortable but I also needed to be able to work (online with a laptop). The self-contained loft conversion on offer was perfect for my needs with lots of natural light (as well as a 'green' outlook), a decent floor plan size to never feel cramped and all of the functionality of your own home. To top it off, the host & hostess were extremely friendly, accommodating, engaging when asked but also honoured my privacy. End of street access to fast moving Bypass, A roads & motorway also meant that it was easy to get out of the area quickly for business and running around although it also means that you will benefit from having a car onsite rather than expecting to readily get around on foot.

We enjoyed out stay very much. Charles and Charlotte were superb hosts. The studio is very well equipped, lovely and warm, with new appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, and a tumble dryer. It is well furnished with a TV, two comfortable arm chairs, desk, double bed, full kitchenette, own bathroom and cupboard. Separate entrance and parking Highly recommended.
