It was an unforgettably special experience staying at Finca Cuipo with Helmut and Fiona as Hosts. They are by far, the most attentive, friendly, and helpful Hosts I've had on Airbnb, and treated me and my partner like family the 3 nights we stayed there. After a full day of hiking and beach-hopping along the coast, we were overjoyed to arrive at this tranquil refuge. A few steps away from the main home where the Hosts live and the common pool area, our cozy private cabin was nestled in the mountain with views of the Caribbean sea. The outdoor shower and the private patio with a hammock were spectacular. The breakfast (included) and dinners were delicious, and since we were celebrating our anniversary during our stay, Fiona and Helmut surprised us with a special treat during dinner and flowers in our room. They made it easy for us to arrange transportation to and from Santa Marta and to the local area. They are wonderful people and we felt lucky to have stayed here. Hope to return soon!

Without a doubt this is the best experience I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The finca is exactly like the photos, and the photos don’t fully even do it justice! Helmut and Fiona are such warm, welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home with AMAZING homemade meals. They were incredibly accommodating when we decided to extend our stay by one night because we decided two nights were not enough in such a beautiful place. They had great suggestions for local sights and things to do. If I could give the place 1000000/5 stars I would. It was a great wonderful place for my partner and I to disconnect from the world and reconnect with ourselves. We want to come back! Gracias por todo Helmut y Fiona!! Fue una experiencia mágica!

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo casal, são pessoas muito legais, extremamente simpáticos e solicitos. Fazem você se sentir em casa. Nos passaram todas as instruções sobre como chegar, sobre os lugares para visitar (como uma cachoeira), bem como nos explicaram em detalhes como poderíamos voltar à Cartagena utilizando transporte público. Nos dois dias que ficamos hospedados lá o café da manhã e o jantar foram demais, eles cozinham muito bem e a comida era deliciosa. A cabana que ficamos era a mais afastada, muito limpa e com uma vista incrível. O amanhecer é sensacional, uma pausa brilhante no meio da viagem e de toda a agitação da Colômbia. O chuveiro ao ar livre foi uma experiência muito legal também. Se você for visitar a Colômbia, reserve pelo menos dois dias para conhecer a região e as cabanas no alto da montanha, vale muito a pena.

This is much more than a place to stay. Helmut and Fiona welcomed us into their home and made us feel like family. They have created a paradise and are so generous in sharing their beautiful dream come true with spectacular views, delicious food and the magic of nature. We highly recommend it!!
