This spot is great .. Tiffanie was very accommodating. The place is right in down town Jamestown ND . It’s very cool Abd glad we found it !! Will definitely stay again !!

Unit smelled of stale cigarette smoke, pet hair on furniture, heat did not work in 2 of 3 bedrooms. We left after one night. The host denied our complaints, quit communicating with us, and locked the entryway to prevent further access. I’ve stayed in numerous AirB&B’s all over the country and have never had such a negative experience. I’m still trying to get my money back for the second and third nights.

This apartment has huge potential and I loved the quaintness of being able to walk to the grocery store or to grab a bite of food, but it comes with it's down falls sadly. I never write bad reviews, but dealing with the communication of the landlord and the apartments quirks got me. So let me start. The first day I received a text asking me what time I will arrive (check in is 3 or 3:30pm cant quite remember) I reply the sooner the better. She tells me that's okay because the apartment has just been cleaned; she just has to do linen (9ish AM). I arrive around 2pm something everything seems fine. Linen is still not done. Old tenant shows up with keys and exclaims she thought the was booked two more days, so that was weird. Fast forward I keep texting the owner about the linen and she says she had to run errands and that some of them are still damp. I start to get. I finally mention that I'm on call at the local hospital and that I need to go to bed soon, because it is now nighttime and if it isn't done just bring them tomorrow. She finally says she can bring them, it's now past 7pm. To make this a little shorter. I had no info on where to take my trash out too. The toilet will run all night if you dont wiggle the handle after every use. The wifi did not work for me unless maybe j was in the bathroom. The tv flashes a USB warning every two minutes when watching it. She said she would have someone look at it. Never heard back. The fireplace cant be used, because there is no outlet for it. If you open one of the windows in a room it will almost completely fall out. I had to change rooms because the breaker kept popping. Which I had to keep flipping it the entire stay. I texted her about that when it happened and didnt get a response until the next day. The bedroom door got locked by mistake. I called her and she wanted me to take a butter knife to it. That didnt work so she sent someone over to fix it. Apparently this has happened before so duct tape is just put on the knobs. The lock had to be cut through the door. She will ask to tour people through the appartment during your stay. The last tour she did, I was asked when was a convenient day and time for me which I replyed any of these days before 12am, because I would still be at work. I get to the apartment after work and no more than 10 minutes later she is trying to let herself in with her keys. She did not confirm this date nor time and it was 2pm. She just walks right in and I mentioned that this was suppose to be done before 12am. She said oh that early and just continues to tour the future tenant around. Which I would love to apologize to that lovely lady for my attitude. I was just way over it. After she leaves the husband has to come view the apartment also. The owner leaves my front door open the whole time as shes waiting. I really really wanted to enjoy this apartment and stay, but with the communication and other things going on in this place I cant. I hope things improve and are fixed over time.

We loved our stay! The space is large (3 bedrooms). It is conveniently located to the historic Jamestown and walk-able to the University of Jamestown. We are from California, so we loved staying in an historic building in the heart of town. Tiffanie was great! We will definitely stay again!
