The room condition was almost same he mentioned and everythings worked very well. However, the sofa was very old and sometimes we found ants in the house. and the cooking fan is also too old to use. Except that, everything was fine.

El departamento lindo , buena ubicación, pero solo colocaron 1 juego de sábanas y para las 2 semanas que nos hospedamos necesitábamos cambiarlas . Las paredes muy descuidadas y sucias . Nunca respondieron cuando le solicitamos apoyo con un cable HDMI ya que el servicio de cable del dormitorio no funcionaba . Y un olor a desagüe en los baños intolerable , suponemos que es un problema en el edificio . Necesita mantenimiento de la caja del aire acondicionado que esta en la terraza ya que produce un sonido que no dejaba dormir a mis hijos .

Beautiful building, best area in Asunción! Very nice and comfortable apartment thoughtfully planned with an amazing view! Windows face East, so you wake up with the sun but at noon the sun goes away and you do not get direct sunlight during the hottest hours of the day, which is great! Beautiful green area, everything is walkable distance. Best hosts, very helpful and responsive. Felt right at home. Definitely recommend.
