I have stayed at this location before, not the same unit but booked through a 3rd party website and it looked like a typical hotel room. Elenita's place was smartly designed, and that amazing view of skyline. I would fall asleep to that view. It felt like home. Good water pressure, washer and dryer in unit, that actually dries clothes without it smelling moldy or damp. This location is busy, lots of people using the elevator but i never had to wait longer than a few minutes. Felt safe coz in order to get to the upper floors, you need to tap your key card. Security both front and back entrances. Primarily chose the location coz Megamall is right across the street!!!! The podium is 5-10 min walk. I would book this place again. 10 stars!

Its the most conveniently located accommodation I've ever stayed in. The washing machine and dryer in the unit are definitely icings on the cake. There are several mirrors in the unit which makes the place very attractive for girls staycation. Elenita's unit is worth every penny that you paid for.

The interior of the unit was tidy and well-maintained. The cleanliness of the living space, bathroom, and kitchen was evident upon arrival, and it was clear that the host put effort into providing a comfortable environment for guests. The decor and amenities were as expected, and the check-in process was smooth. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a persistent issue with roaches in the building. Despite the cleanliness of the unit itself, I encountered roaches in common areas such as the hallways. This significantly impacted my comfort and overall satisfaction with the stay.

The location was very central. It is across Megamall Bldg A and walking distance to Podium. Close to the supermarkets and lots of restaurant choices. Having a washer & dryer and a parking spot were very convenient. View from the 46th floor esp. at night was amazing. We did not cook but kitchen had microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, plates, cups / glasses and utensils. Water pressure was good but hot water was not really hot. Key card expired during our 2nd day so we had to get it reprogrammed in the office. Host and care taker were responsive. Some suggestions - use a milder scented laundry detergent (the beddings and towels were heavily scented, not good for those with respiratory issues), provide face towels aside from bath towels, provide paper towel for the kitchen. Aircon during the day was not as cool so I had to pull the shades down. Will recommend this airbnb.

This is a great location as its right next to SM Mega Mall A. Everything you will need is just across the street, even BDO for Forex transactions. A few things I suggest they do is be more proactive with pest control as we see lots of crawling insects. The bathroom exhaust fan needs replacing because the noisy sound it makes is like coming from a helicopter. Could use better sheets and towels. Provided kitchen tableware could use some additions like small bowls for cereal and ice cream. The door locks can sometimes be challenging to open.
