Please ask us CIR: 046005LTN1743 Casa le magnolie is a cute and romantic hideaway located between a long and wide spread of white beach and the majestic Apuane mountains. It is literally possible to be hiking on a mountain top in the morning and take a swim or stretch on the beach in the afternoon. Perched on a low hill overlooking the Mediterranean, Le Magnolie is less than an hour away from Florence, "Cinque terre", Lucca, Pisa, Volterra or San Gimignano. The house comprises of 2 levels and has 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, one queen futon), two bathrooms (showers), kitchen, sitting room/dining room, 1 fireplace, 1 barbecue+wood oven (outdoor), 1 terrace, 1 swimming pool (4x9 sq.m) on a terrace in front of the house for swimming and sunbathing. Most of the west side of the house is made out of large windows that look over a fantastic view of the coast line. The swimming pool, is built in a terrace in front of the house and from the water level our guests will be able to enjoy a beautiful view of the Mediterranean coast. The garden displays a number of fruit trees. In the right season our guests can enjoy a rich harvest of figs, apples, plums and peaches. A peculiar patch of fir trees covering a part of the property made the area a protected one by the state forestry. STAY/TOURIST TAX The city of Camaiore asks us to collect a tourist tax. This is not included in the airbnb price and must be paid in cash at your arrival. Please see below for more details. * The local city authorities require that we collect a "tourist tax". This will be collected in cash at the time of checking in. * The amount of the tourist tax goes in its entirety to the city and helps make our area more beautiful and the services more efficient for our guests. * We do not include this amount in the booking, because if we did that, this amount would go also in our income tax and you would end up having to pay more to compensate. Therefore it is to your advantage to pay this separately at arrival, in cash. * The amount is 2 euros/person/day for all guests above 18 years of age (at the time of check-in) and for a maximum of 10 days. Example: You are a family with with three children with only one of the kids being over 18 at the time of arrival and you are booking for 14 nights. The amount will be: 3x2x10 = 50 euros.
