We enjoyed our stay. Strode is both personable and professional and responsive. His suggestions on eating at he Radnor Arms and using the zig/zag path to walk the coastal path to the harbour and Folkestone's creative 'quarters' were helpful and enjoyable. He also also has two nearby private parking spaces available for an additional minor fee that proved useful as we had a car and were headed for the 'Chunnel' (which proved to be a relatively quick straight forward connection from Merchant39.)

My family and I had an amazing stay - we were tired from a nearly 24hr travel day and Strode and Joseph’s helpful communication and flexibility with time eased all of our stress. Very comfortable sleep and remarkably clean bathroom. We asked for meal reccomendations and were given a multitude of options, none of which disappointed. Thank you for a great day/night!

Beautiful and superbly maintained house in a great location. We, 2 adults and 2 under 3s stayed in the top floor suite for 2 nights as a stop over on our journey. We were really impressed with the directions and text messages we received on route from Joseph and the parking instructions were really clear . The accommodation is immaculately clean and comfortable and everything you need is there: hairdryer, iron, dressing gowns , tv … We had a cot bed by request and 2 single beds made up as well as the double. It’s a bit of a squeeze with more than one single bed in the lounge area but you can easily fold it up in the day time. There’s a microwave and fridge in your own lounge area and a shared kitchen downstairs which does feel like it belongs a bit more to the rooms down there though it’s completely available to all guests. The bathrooms are external to the rest of the rooms (in each hallway) though they are on the same floor, this does mean that you have to take care not to lock yourself out of your room. There’s a nice place to grab breakfast next door, and a friendly pub and Tesco express just on the corner . All in all the accommodation is really well cared for and maintained with great attention to detail and the owners really care that you are comfortable and have everything you need.
