One of the most functional flats i have been in. I love how the space was designed. Martin provides you with everything you need, from hair straighteners for women to large water bottles. The location is fine. It's within walking distance (5 blocks) of large malls/food halls. Sounds isolation is not great though (if the neighbor listens to a movie you will hear it). The guardian downstairs is very helpful and this is a big plus. I would rent Martin's place again at a fair price point. Also, i enjoyed learning about Martin's perspectives/thoughts as he is from Argentina.

EXCELENTE!!!...Muy buen dpto, todos los servicios, es como estar en tu propia casa. Martin es un excelente anfitrión, siempre atento y respondiendo a cualquier consulta. El edificio es muy seguro y tranquilo al igual que la zona donde se encuentra. 100% recomendable. Lo vuelvo a elegir sin lugar a dudas.

I am a frequent visitor to Asuncion and always stay in this barrio. And second time in this building. The best value for money. The Host went above and beyond in everything possible. The apartment is great, kitchen has everything you need plus washing machine. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The balcony is sunny in the morning, great for a coffee. Comfortable work place if someone is working at a computer. Very quiet. In the bedroom the window opens, you can sleep with natural fresh air. Shop to buy groceries two minutes walk away. Large supermarket 7-10 minutes walk away. There is also a large shopping centre with a large food court nearby. Across the road from the shopping centre is a large outdoor evening food court

Excelente apartamento pequeno. Impecável. O Martín se preocupa nós mínimos detalhes. Os condimentos da cozinha estavam bem completos. Os materiais básicos de limpeza também estavam completos. Como Asunción é muito quente, o grande plus era o galão de água mineral e também a máquina de lavar roupa dentro do apartamento. A localização também é excelente, em um lugar bom e calmo, e próximo de mercado, shoppings e restaurantes. Uma excelente opção.

Great place, I loved the morning sun, the balcony for sun bathing, the supplied drinking water. Quiet and walkable location.
