Yochi's place is located in an easily accessible yet very private tiny street that I had no idea existed even though I had lived in Kfar Saba for decades. Within a short walk are a Carrefoure supermarket, Meir hospital, and Sabino's restaurant (another hidden gem). It's a 5 minute drive to highway 4 and not more than 10 minutes to reach anywhere in Kfar Saba and there's plenty of parking! Where else can you say that in Kfar Saba! The place is not luxurious and small, but spotless! There is no room for a couch or easy chair, but the bed is comfortable and if the weather is good, there's a small private garden to sit in. Again, not beautiful, but functional. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials, the bathroom is small but functional, with a great, clean shower. The air conditioning is effective. Yochi and Nehama are lovely, friendly, helpful people. Highly recommended.

Yochai was very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. Very easy check-in/check-out. Great private location with separate entrance. Close to a supermarket, a few minutes drive to the freeway, lots of parking space, which is uncommon in Kfar Saba. The bed was very comfortable. Good air-conditioning. Plenty of towels, replaced quite often.

Very nice, small appartment. We stayed there with a baby, for whom he provided a babybed. For 2 people absolutely big enough and has all the services you need. For us it was big enough with a baby, especially because there is a private space outside. During the 1,5 week stay they cleaned the appartment en changed the sheets and towels. Very nice. The price is good, compared to other accommodations in the area. But most of all: the hosts are very friendly, helpful and very flexible. Would definitely recommand!

Great apartment for everyone going to stay for several days or several weeks. The apartment is in the villa in the private houses area of the town. Has it’s own yard with table and chairs to have a comfortable dinner outside with a glass of wine. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Good transport availability, walking distance to shopping malls, deliveries working in the area. Really HOT water is always available (people who have some experience living in Israel will get the point), the humidity in the apartment is lower than average in the area’s houses which makes the feeling inside really comfortable. Very good price/quality ratio for the area.
