Booking Kevin’s panoramic room was one of the best things we’ve ever done. From the incredible view, to the lake access, to the perfectly curated space - everything was just what you want in an airbnb stay. We cooked dinner and breakfast on the grill, we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub, the bed was very comfortable and the view unforgettable. Kevin was very friendly and considerate and easy to work with. We will definitely book again soon.

You don't really know how badly you need a break until you leave your troubles behind and take a few days off. Leaving the city to relax by the lake in an incredibly peaceful surrounding was just what we needed. From our first inquiry about the place to not wanting to leave we enjoyed the hospitality this luxury master bedroom provided. Things were just so and there were plenty of amenities. We weren't sure how far Eureka Springs would be or the distance to dining in general. The first day we found Angler's for dinner and it was just a few miles away. Then it was on to town for fun and exploration. Eureka is super chill and worth the visit. Kevin's responses to questions were prompt and courteous. No AI here to upsell you like at Wendy's. Just nice folk. We'll be back and highly recommended. 5 Stars all around.

This suite was beautiful & the view of the lake was stunning . It provided everything we needed. The essential oils defuser made the space smell lovely & we enjoyed the extras like wine, snacks, muffins & juice. Kevin stopped by when we were parking to insure we understood climate controls & had everything we needed. He was very welcoming. We hope to come back soon.

We found the perfect place for a last minute anniversary stay! We booked late, but Kevin was more than accommodating! We loved the welcoming feeling Kevin set up for our arrival. The room was perfect…drinks and snacks, lots of hot water for the hot tub, cozy fireplace, and an extra comfy bed! The beautiful sunrise in the morning with a lake view and sun shining in was a perfect way to wake up! We will definitely be returning!

Kevin’s place was immaculate! Beautiful surroundings with tremendous lake views. There are lots of deer and birds, I felt like Snowwhite while there! We actually live in Eureka Springs and booked our stay at the last minute for a nice little staycation. We will DEFINITELY be back and will suggest his cabins for all of our friends and family when they drive in from Texas.
