This is a lovely private spot for a family reunion. The view of the lake is exceptional and includes a complimentary canoe or 2 for lake outings. We were 4 adults and grand children from ages 3 to 8 and the opportunities for adventure were endless. Bonfire pit, deck, floating raft to swim to, and a wonderful balcony view! We even had a "talent show" one night as a karaoke machine is included for fun and entertainment. Franco has a very special home away from home and we thoroughly enjoyed our NH vacation.

Beautiful location and home. Stayed with my family of four, plenty of room. Great location to ride the trails from and plenty of room to park our truck, trailer, jeep gladiator, and 2 sxs. The dock is directly infront of the house and is great for fishing, kayaking, or just relaxing. This is a place we will definitely stay again in the future.

This was an amazing place to stay beautiful area out in the woods! Also very clear instructions on the stay and always available if needed. We couldn’t think of a better experience!

This is our 3rd stay at Franco’s place. We love everything about this location! House is perfect size for our families, water is right at the house so kids can swim and play all day and be watched safely. The only thing we missed this year was the trails in the backyard. We spoke to the neighbors and found out some kids had not been respectful so they closed them off to the public. We were still able to ride our atvs on nearby public trails and enjoy Jericho but could not use dirt bikes like we had planned. Thanks again Franco for opening your home and being so responsive with any of our needs! We will be back again next year! 🤩
