Tarra is a wonderful host and communication was very easy. The space is open and roomy, decorated beautifully and extremely clean. The view over historic downtown Greer is perfect and you can literally walk to great restaurants, coffee, wine , parks and shopping. I would 10/10 recommend.

The space is beautiful, very clean, well designed, and in a really convenient location for exploring Greer. We loved walking out the door and having so many great options within a couple blocks. Beds were comfortable and we had no issues finding parking nearby throughout the weekend. Others have mentioned noise from the train; it is noticeable during the night if you're a light sleeper but we didnt have much of an issue with it. The bigger thing to note is the event space directly below the loft. On Friday night, the music didn't stop until about 1:30 am and the speakers seemed to be right below the bedrooms. We knew there was an event space below us when we booked but didn't realize how late the events would go, so just take that into consideration when deciding if this is the right spot for you.

Great spot in a very cute loft! It is close to the train which you can hear several times a night, but there are sound machines in each room. Outside of the noise from the trains it was perfect.
