Ron & Kim's Place was exceptional. The room was exactly as presented online. The communication was great and the entire experience was well worth it. The room was nicely equipped, well thought out and tastefully done. Their instructions were perfect and concise, and we wanted for nothing. We have no critique, or suggestions on anything we experienced. Well done Ron & Kim, this is the way it should be done. Chris

Kim was an absolute pleasure to interact with. I am not one to want much interaction or any from a host. But after meeting Kim upon my arrival, her genuine friendly and caring personality were extremely evident. And when she showed me around ‘the God Spa’, I felt her excitement and genuine care that this be the perfect place for my wife and I to stay! And it was! The room was very clean, organized, and everything we needed. The patio space was so inviting, quiet, and offered great views of some of the local mountains. The private entrance with the motion lights was a definite plus. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here the next time we are in the Redding area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the God Spa. The room is beautiful & comfortable & all amenities were as listed with thoughtful extras. Kim was friendly & attentive & made sure we had everything we needed & gave us ideas of what to see & do in the area. We enjoyed chatting with her occasionally! The backyard & patio areas are inviting & beautiful! Rain & cold prevented us from lingering there but it is a lovely, relaxing, safe place. Highly recommend & I’d love to come back! Thanks for everything Kim!

Host ya very friendly and pays great attention to detail. They frequently kept in touch and offered to help if required, however the whole experience was seamless and I was able to find my way around easily. The room was pristine and well organized. It also offers good privacy as it has its own entrance, separate from the rest of the house. The backyard has a beautiful garden and a gorgeous view. I only stayed the night but it's sure to be a great place to hang around. Also worth noting, the host put lights with motion sensors along the path to the room, which was a much appreciated feature! The neighborhood seemed peaceful and although the driveway is not gated, nothing bad happened to my car :) This is an 11/10 for me. I'd definitely stay again!
