The house was deluxe and the views were outstanding. Since I was in Eden 10+ years ago, it has grown and there are good restaurants in the area. The landlord was very nice and responsive. I'll be back!

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb as we loved it so much the first time. The house is fantastic, well stocked, and the area is gorgeous. Perhaps the only comment of note this time was that when we arrived the BBQ grill was incredibly messy as it appeared someone had tried to extinguish a grease fire prior to our stay and left everything as is on the grill. However, I contacted the host and they responded immediately and sent someone over as soon as possible to get it cleaned and usable for our stay. Kudos there! My other item of note is that should guests need to purchase an insurance policy for their stay, that should be worked into the price beforehand. It’s not the best customer experience to have booked a stay and then be asked for additional funds to ensure the property during your stay. Thankfully, we weren’t forced to pay, and the host has always been responsive and kind.

Jeff was on top of everything right when we booked. He helped with some good recommendations of where to search for a venue to hold a get together for our larger group. All in all very helpful and responsive. Our group had a great week.

The house was perfect for our large family! Very spacious and close to all amenities in Eden! Loved having four kings beds and plenty of bathrooms! Made a perfect spot for Christmas!!
