Nice views and location, place was clean and spacious. We had issues with lack of hot water but John responded promptly and eventually this was sorted. Worth being aware of given we had young kids with us: Some smashed glass was lying around the greenhouse by boat in the driveway that hadn't been cleaned up. The swing set out the front was also not properly secured into the ground and could do with being secured properly given the windy weather

Another fantastic stay at Grouse Lodge! It really is a home from home. Extra touches such as pastries and milk and a late check out were very much appreciated. Thank you John and hope to visit again soon.

John’s place was fantastic. A very comfortable house equipped with everything you could possibly want. Very well set up and a thoughtful hamper on arrival, which was kind. It was the perfect base for us walking the Ulster Way and Lough Erne nearby was truly stunning. We treated ourselves to a meal at Finn Lough which was outstanding. John was a very attentive and flexible host and made sure we had all the information we needed. In summary, a great house and a great host.
