House is ok, garden is lovely but both are a bit outdated compared to the pictures. We had a pleasant stay here even tough there are no pics of the bedrooms in the listings, you can reach them on the lower level trough the small spiral stair which can be difficult with luggage, one of the bedrooms has very small windows and can make u feel a bit claustrophobic. No wine glasses for the gifted wine but we managed.

Fantastisch! Wir durften Emmanuels Haus mieten in dem er sonst jeweils wohnt wenn er in Griechenland ist. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen tolle Aufenthalt braucht! Zudem ist es etwas weg vom Trubel der Stadt Sitia, was einem die Möglichkeit gibt komplett abzuschalten. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch- der grosse und schöne Garten und mit dem Meer vor den Augen, haben wir viele schöne Abende verbracht. Auch unser 8 monatige Sohn hat die Zeit genossen und ist aufgeblüht! Einige Tage waren wir alleine und haben den Sonnenuntergang auf dem Dach genossen- die Ausstattung ist gut, man findet alles was man braucht und es ist hüpsch eingerichtet. Dadurch das die Schöafzimmer im UG sind ist es zum schlafen schön kühl und wenn wir die Fenster offen hatten ging eine Briese durch unser Zimmer. Alles in allem waren es geniale erste Ferien als frische Familie und wir würden uns freuen dies irgendwann zu wiederholen! Danke Emmanuel auch für den unkomplizierten und prompten Sms- Verkehr jeweils, auch für die tollen Strand, Restaurant und Unternehmungstips welche wir umgesetzt haben und alle ein voller Erfolg waren. Ottima la posizione e la casa, specialmente il soggiorno luminosa e con magnifica vista. Un po’ complicato raggiungerla (mancano segnalazioni, e il tratto finale di strada non è agevole per un’auto bassa. Così come anche l’area di parcheggio richiede qualche manovra di troppo. L’area circostante risente di alcuni lavori ancora non conclusi e ha un aspetto disordinato che stona con il resto dell’ambiente.

Nous vous recommandons la villa abyssal pour l 'espace de vie, la communion avec la nature, le clapotis des vagues le matin au réveil et à la veillée. Emmanuel nous a communiqué de bonnes adresses de restaurants et de visites mais également des détails pratiques. Il a été tres accueillant et très soucieux de notre confort. N'hésitez pas à y aller, Bon courage et bonne continuationà Emmanuel.
