We had a super six day stay at Victor’s penthouse apartment in the heart of Valencia. The host was super responsive, informative and helpful and even greeted us with a bottle of wine for my partner’s birthday! The apartment itself of has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the most convenient area of València close to all the attractions. It is also easy to get a bus or tram to the beach. The knockout feature of the apartment is of course the main roof terrace leading directly off the living room, with a further small terrace at the side of the property, both with terrific views of the city. It’s a home from home and you will definitely want to re book, but hurry because Victor already has bookings for 2025 he told us!

Victor was a very friendly host, taking the time for our questions. the appartment was easily big enough for 3, with a nice large terrace for long breakfasts to boot. Beds maybe bit on the hard side, but thats offset by the quietness, being on top floor, so we slept veryy well. Location also was great, central, with bakery, and small supermarket being just around corner. Fully recommend

Wij hebben een fantastische week in Valencia gehad. Het appartement was zeer centraal gelegen met supermarkt op 2 minuten lopen, veel bezienswaardigheden ook op loopafstand en een heerlijk ruim balkon waarin je zonder het geluid van de stad even heerlijk kon zonnen. Victor heeft ons zelfs een halve dag langer in appartement gelaten omdat volgende gasten pas een dag later kwamen. Hierdoor konden we op de dag van vertrek heerlijk relaxed doen. Wij kunnen zowel het appartement als de stad van harte aanbevelen.

We loved our stay at Victor's apartment. It's perfectly located within walking distance of all of the sights in the Old Town and has everything that you could need nearby. The apartment is all you could ask for, and more! Comfortable beds, well equipped with everything you need and as it's 9 floors up, it's surprisingly quiet. But our favourite thing about the apartment the terraces which make this apartment stand out. Gorgeous views over the city and sun all day long. What more could you ask for! We will definitely be returning for a visit in the future.
