It was very comfortable staying in Rona's place, quiet and a spacious room, very close from the beach and the charming old Seal Beach town. I felt very safe walking around neighborhood. Also Rona was very nice, always checking me if I need something while I stayed. Thanks Rona!

The place was perfect for what I needed it for. It’s an attached adu but totally private, quiet and peaceful. It’s a block from the beach and a five minute walk to anything you need. Supermarket, CVS, 7-eleven, but also good beach bars and restaurants. Patty’s Place if you’re feeling a little fancy, taco tuesdays at Taco Surf, the Irisher and Dave’s are solid dive bars, you could definitely stay here without a car and its quick and easy to catch an uber to LA or Hollywood or whatever too. For me, I was mostly just looking for peace and quiet and I got that no problem.

Nicely appointed mother-in-law unit. Rona has a designer's eye with stone, stainless steel and oversized furniture producing an upscale feel. Rona and her family were remarkably accommodative and respectful of my privacy. Beach is a few blocks away along with buses which run up and down the coast to all OC beaches

great stay, I recommend. I was able to book very last minute and Rona was very accommodating and kind. place was clean, good price and location, soooo close to the beach. thank you so much
