Bryan is extremely accommodating and responsive. he answered all questions. The house feels right at home and spacious. Right off the water and lots of play space within walkable distance. The only concern is the sump pump being loud for the bedroom downstairs and impact sleeping. Bryan recognized it and confirmed that it works hard during wet season to avoid flooding.

Bryan’s cottage was clean, convenient, and had great amenities like hot tub and sauna! Bryan was extremely pleasant and answered our questions quickly. Thank you for hosting us! Would highly recommend Bryan’s cottage for a relaxing and fun weekend away from the city.

It was great! It was our first time staying at an Airbnb and we found it really nice.

Really fantastic stay. The place was very clean. Beautiful view. Beautiful nice walk along the waterfront. Kids loved the nearby park. We really spent the whole weekend in the hot tub. We also used the sauna. Some reviews said it didn’t work, but we got it working all weekend. Quiet area which was nice. Highly recommend renting this place!

We were two families with two toddlers who enjoyed a peaceful long weekend at Bryan’s place. Lots of space, bright and clean. Easy walking distance to the park and playground. Used the bbq and hot tub and kids had fun sitting on the little lawn chairs.
