Beautiful position next to field, large sun deck by the pool, gets uninterrupted sun all day long, but lots of shade too. WiFi with boosters. Fully stocked kitchen. Proud home from home, mostly used by owner who is partly based in the UK... deal directly with the owner.

Phill was a fantastic host. Very organised with directions and local information. House was great for 8 people. Pool was fun and regularly cleaned. A great house in a convenient location to explore the rest of the island. We had the best holiday. Thank you!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Phill. La maison est conforme à l'annonce, spacieuse, très propre et fonctionnelle. La piscine est très agréable et entretenue régulièrement. Phill est très attentif et se montre toujours disponible pour répondre instantanément à nos questions. Je recommande vivement !

Highly recommend staying at the Silk tree villa if you are visiting Cyprus. This place is very clean ans spacious having everything you need where you feel like home. Phill and John are very helpful and will promptly respond if you need help with anything at the villa. The location is very private and ideal for families. Very close to the airport and the shops and beaches are easily accessible. We would definitely stay here if we happen to visit Cyprus again. Thank you.

Lovely Cypriot village, but within 10 to 15 minutes of the nearest beach, or the centre of Larnaca, or the airport ( the village is not on the flight path though).
Advisable to hire a car, as whilst the village tavernas, bakery, takeaway, kiosks, phone shop are within walking distance, the wider locality is lovely and a must to visit.
