A very nice studio for anyone looking for a simple place to sleep, shower and relax before heading out into the city. A clean bathroom and bed. this place is perfect for the single traveler looking to use this place as a recharge point before exploring all NYC has to offer. Settled in the Latin district of Queens near flushing the neighborhood isn't anything high class or fancy but it's a very nice cozy neighborhood where everyone is just living their life in peace. very short bus rides into downtown flushing and local parks as well nice diners or stores to stock up on essentials. the 7 train is only about 8min walk from the place at 111st or 10-12min walk at 103st. Overall I'm very satisfied with the place and location and had the best time in NYC. Again this place is perfect for anyone looking for a simple rest point and explore the city. thank you Freddy.

Small private room. Equipped with a space heater which is helpful during the colder season. TV had weird audible problems.

place was as advertised. it was clean. Freddy was very responsive to my questions.

The bathroom sink was dirty and the shower was very slippery ( needs appropriate shower tiles). The kitchen sink and refrigerator were dirty. The towels smell very bad, the sheets on the bed were old and torn, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The front of the house leading to the front door was unkept. Worse Airbnb I've ever booked .
