"L'Eglantine" is a cozy two-bedroom apartment which is part of an 17th century farmhouse in the middle of lavender fields, olive groves and five different lakes. Ideal for families and/or people looking for the true Provence and a place to truly chillax. The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests on two floors. Two cozy bedrooms as well as a common bathroom and toilet are located on the second floor. One the first floor you will find a large salon, which serves as dining room and common area. There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, as well as an adjoining laundry and additional toilet. The apartment opens to a tree covered common courtyard to one side and a private backyard with eating area and BBQ to the other. The cottage is available for week-ends, weekly or monthly rental. Our prices include water, electricity and heating. Sheets and linens are not included but can be supplied upon request. Our pet fee is € 7.- pet/day Located in the natural park of Verdon, Saint-Laurent du Verdon is a sleepy little village far away from busy roads but conveniently located in reach of all the attractions this beautiful area has to offer. A short winding path of about 1 km through neighboring fields brings you to one of the many lakes in the area where swimming and boating can be enjoyed. If you wish you can also start many hikes through the Verdon Natural Park right from our door step.The famous “Gorge du Verdon”, also known as the Grand Canyon of Europe can be reached within 20 min. by car. Along the way beautiful scenery and many picturesque villages await you. Those that explore the Gorge du Verdon by car, by bike or on foot will be rewarded with breathtaking scenery and everlasting memories. But also the lesser known but comparably stunning valleys of "Trevan", "Nesque" or "Daluis" make for excellent daytrips, by car, bike or foot. And for the ones that would like to dip their toes into the Mediterranean sea a scenic drive along "Route Napoleon" to Nice or a slightly faster route to Marseille will take you there. All within 1 ,5 to 2 ,5 hours from La Colombière.
