I have to say that both my wife and I feel good in this apartment. But necessarily, in order for Nick to pay attention to these details : 1) The stairs need cleaning. 2) The handle of the apto. entrance door needs to be repaired, it gives the impression that it is not safe. 3) The extra room has a characteristic smell that someone was there for a long time and the sheets and pillows have not been washed. Otherwise, all good. Thanks Nick, for always being communicable and for letting us use your airborne.

Place was very clean and a lot more space than I thought. Nicky answered all my questions immediately. I even left my jacket when I left, and Nicky helped me in getting my jacket back. This place is a must stay!!

Great place, easy to find and access using metra. Host is very nice and responds quickly. 25 min away from downtown and really easy to get there, only inconvenient is the neighborhood. A bit sketchy at nights and some people that made us felt insecure, but nothing that can’t be solved using Uber at night. Overall, amazing experience, great host and a very good place worth the money.

The unit was okay. The biggest draw back is it seems that mostly all the furniture and bedding was either old, thrifted, or not well cleaned. The pillows were dingy and stained. The leather couch was ran down. Everything just looked old or second hand. It’s good to save money but a some things you shouldn’t cut back on especially when you’re hosting others. The place was spacious and the area was pretty quiet.
