This place proves that Airbnb offers unique accommodation experiences. I had a great time, this place is charming, comfortable and practical. I strongly recommend it for anyone looking for a rental in the old town. During my rental, the cleaning fees weren't included, because I rented for several days I had to arrange myself to get a cleaning service which I easily found .

I found the host to be extremely helpful over message. Communication was excellent and the location is perfect- on quiet alley near a temple, but off a road right in the huddle and bussle of the old town  The decor was full of character and the place has so much potential. Unfortunately I could not recommend other travellers to stay at the apartment whilst it remains is dirty as I found it.  There had clearly been no effort made to clean the apartment before my arrival. The bathroom had sludge down the side of the toilet, layers of dust and many flies. The living room was dusty and damp and I found an old half leaking shampoo bottle lying on the floor under the sofa (?from previous guest) . The bedroom furniture was dusty and the sheets did not smell fresh resulting in me using my own travel silk sleeping bag.  One clean towel and one clean face towel were provided however. The apartment constantly smelled of damp. Leaving me to remain with the door open much of the time. (I appreciate the layout of the apartment does not lend to fresh air- which is why keeping it clean is a must). Having been traveling through hostels for the past 7 weeks (with the exception of the previous 2 nights) I was rather disappointed to find the most unclean bathroom to be in the apartment I had treated myself to.  There were no cleaning products for me to clean myself.  The bed was unfortunately not a bed but a very thin futon raised up by wooden planks.  I tend to not write reviews if I have anything negative to say, but would not advise anyone to stay here whilst it remains in the current condition. If changes were made it would be a lovely little place. The check in was excellent. Host was very good in communicating, offered flexible arrival and departure times and the place felt safe. Brilliant location and a 10 minute walk from the bus stop which takes you the airport for only 35,000 VND.  Little snacks left around the place for me to enjoy and excellent quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel for guests to use.  If this place were maintained well, and respect were shown to the cleanliness and comfort, it would be highly recommended.
