The house is situated in the middle of the beautiful Apulian landscape with a private road entrance, with another sister residence just a few metres down the road, though the buildings are far enough from each other so you still have privacy. The trullo is quite nicely finished and furnished, though I would recommend bringing some bug spray in case you find some insects and other bugs that manage to find their way inside, which is most likely to happen. The pool/BBQ area is great for relaxing, however the sunbeds are a little worn and the sunshades are not strong enough to stay upright and fall down with the slightlest of breezes, a small thing however when you consider the beautiful setting around you. There is a wifi connection in the main building which is not strong enough to reach from inside the trullo or from the pool area, and the connection speed is super slow. There is very bad mobile signal in the area so be prepared to disconnect during your stay here. Overall 9/10

We stayed at Johan’s property for a week with three different generations of the family over in the region for a friends wedding. The property is well located between the main puglia hotspots and is only 10 minutes away from Lidl for your shopping. The pool is brilliant, Giovanni ensuring it’s nice and clean with a deep clean every few days. Giovanni was also on hand for any minor incidents and was quick to support. The property is well described, and has great amenities. Just one to note for families, there is no kettle or microwave so you’ll need to warm milk for children on the gas nob (not an issue, just worth noting). The Trulli has been brilliantly transformed into a boutique hotel style two bed, with a beautiful bathroom and air conditioning. The location does require you to drive to all places but it is beautifully quiet and the slower life is a nice change to the hustle and bustle of the UK. Would definitely recommend for families - thank you for a great trip.

Vacanza perfetta! Casa e trullo più belli che in foto Giovanni e Silvana davvero gentili e disponibili. La casa è isolata ma facile da raggiungere e vicina a luoghi fantastici come Alberobello, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Locorotondo, Ostuni e Cisternino! Eravamo in 10.. tutti e 10 estremamente soddisfatti :)
