1. Me and my friend came early and waited at my apartment. My friend is just a visitor, she will not stay with me but the receptionist guy keeps asking for her ID or some identity documents. Even I called the host(with the speaker in front of him) and they confirmed that we don’t need to provide the visitor information. The receptionist guy still did not let me check in until he called the host again and asked them to text him the confirmation message one more time. 2. And more disappointed that when I still waiting for the “confirmed message” to get my key card; 1 lady came in and asked if they had any available room to rent. He paid 100% attention to talking with that lady and tried to sell the room even though I told him that I needed my key to go to the room. He just answer me that he have to sell first then he will assist me further. So ridiculous!!! I am the customer already, paid already but have to wait for the “potential customer”??? Never come back again. So awful

Clean, tidy, and quiet. But the WiFi no good. The host help a lot. Thank you. And remember the restaurant in the front of the hotel are very nice. Recommend.

It’s new and clean apartment. It’s away from noises and staff here are very friendly and helpful. We enjoy the stay here.
