All in all, I enjoyed my stay at the Flatshare. My pros are that is it an affordable accommodation to stay at during an exchange semester for example. The area is quiet but there are still public transport and restaurants/cafes in walking distance. Seokwhan is an excellent host who always replies fast to any questions and was always friendly and helpful with any issues regarding a stay in Korea. The cons that I do have to mention are that I would have liked some things to be communicated better, for example how many people live in the flat, how does the cleaning schedule work, how to you separate trash etc. Secondly, when i arrived, the room wasn’t super clean, there was dust on the ground, next to the bed etc. And it has to be said that the bathroom and the kitchen are not in the best condition, which is of course also dependant on the girls who live together in the flat. Other than that, especially keeping in mind what living in Seoul is like, the accommodation is great.

Very nice place for long stay, have everything needed, and is near the subway station.
