Such a nice place to stay. All rooms are spacious. It was worth it for this rate.

We stayed at Terin’s place for three months with our two children, 4 and 1 year old. As written in the description the bungalow is pretty large with three big bedrooms with attached bathrooms, large living room, dining, kitchen, storage room, and a lot of space inside and outside the house. The house is fully furnished with everything you need to live in this house. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pressure cooker, mixie, puttu maker, and a two burner gas stove. There is a backup inverter so there is uninterrupted electricity. There is a semi-automatic washing machine with a dryer which was very helpful for us. There is a cable TV connection with a LCD TV but we did not use it. Water is supplied through overhead tank to which water is pumped from a water Well that is within the house compound. The well had fresh spring water that we used for drinking and for all other purposes. The price for Gas Cylinder and Electricity was additional and we paid it separately. They temporarily arranged a high speed internet connection for us during our stay. It was very stable and we took the connection for Rs.600/month with U/L and D/L speeds of 10MbPs. The cable company offered many other UD/DL options as well. Jio and Airtel mobile networks worked fine inside and outside the house. The house is surrounded by many Banana, Papaya, Mango, Jackfruit and other trees and inside the house was comfortable even during very hot days. There are many shops very close to the house. There is a fresh milk diary shop that is 5 minutes by walk, small shops just 2 minutes away, and a super market 10 minutes away. A chicken store is 10 minutes away and morning fish market is also next to it. There were also many street hawkers passing by all day who sold fresh fish and vegetables. Local bus stop is just in front of the house where the buses go directly to Kottayam, Kainady, Kaivalam, and Changanaserry. There is an auto stand just two minutes away. Terin’s parents were very kind to us throughout our stay. They even brought us all the groceries when we arrived and had to quarantine for the first week. Throughout our stay they were available on the phone and in-person for any support we needed. They also shared some fruits from the garden and also some local food items they cooked sometimes. The people in the village were also very kind and friendly. Overall we had a very nice stay for three months at this place. Our children enjoyed the space inside and outside the house especially during hot and rainy days. A wonderful place to stay for short and long terms.

This house has 3 bedrooms (2 @ ground and 1 @ floor-up), dining, fully equipped kitchen and vast swats of land. So you will not miss the breeze nor the ambience nor mild calmness. Place is good and can host easily 3 families plus extended members of atleast 10. House is sufficiently provided with water, electricity, beddings and for easy survival mode. 32-inch LCD TV with SUN DTH is available. Mobile Coverage # 1. Airtel - 70% voice coverage with download speeds of 5-6 Mbps / upload 1 Mbps. 2. Jio - 90% voice coverage with download speeds of 6-7 Mbps / upload 1 Mbps. People say Vodafone-Idea is good in these parts. BSNL for now does not have 4G though. Holding on to own transportation REALLY REALLY helps. Public transport (slightly crowded buses) are available every 45 minutes. Vegetables & grocery shops are practically under 10 minutes walk. Hosts Uncle & Auntie are very homely, professional & receptive. Uncle has very good sense of nature and how to nurture and blend with nature. He has loads and loads of ideas on how to cultivate, develop and groom the land. Auntie is best in terms of cooking. Uncle has excellent local knowledge and he handles people and issues within no time.
