Silvio and Anna are great hosts. It is obvious that they want their guests to have a good time. While we were there it was a little cool in the mornings, so we used the pellet fireplace to make it a bit warmer. Silvio has a lot of information to share about Lecce and the interesting near-by cities. We felt very safe walking around town in the evenings. And the parking spot is in a gated/safe area.

Silvio is absolutely wonderful! Charming, informative and he takes the time to assure your happiness. He even waited outside on the street to guide us in. The unit is comfortable and Silvio provides endless information along with bottled water and some food items. If you are using the apartment as a home base for travel throughout the area, access in and out is really easy.

The owners were very helpful on the neighborhood and our plans for touring the heal of the boot. the place worked out great.

Logement propre et confortable, dans une résidence neuve avec parking pour la voiture. A environ 25 mn à pieds du centre historique, dans un quartier sans intérêts; bon rapport qualité/prix
