This little two bedroom apartment was ADORABLE! It was exactly as pictured! There was an outside door that lead to a breezeway where our door and one other apartment door were located. Martin & Sharmette left the keys to BOTH doors for us in a realtor’s lock box outside the outer door. Pictures were included to help with check-in so I didn’t once question where I was going!! The home was fully stocked!! They even left cold individual coffee creamers for us in the fridge!! I felt right at home from the second I walked in!! Adorably decorated!! We have dance comps at the fair & expo center often and I will 100% be looking to see if this place is available next time we come!!! The only reason I gave 4 stars for communication is because the washing machine went out the day before my arrival. It would have been nice if the hosts would have messaged to let me know. I spent some time trying to make it work before messaging them.

I'll start with the good. the instructions to get in were very clear and easy. The place is also beautiful! although I had to reach out multiple times for contact, the host was very kind when getting back to me. Also, the location is very convenient. Now, the bad. If you enjoy sleeping, bring the strongest ear covers you can. The upstairs neighbors seem to never sleep, including their small child running around, and like to move furniture at all hours of the night. Also, the place smelled like Marijuana every time we walked in the home. ESPECIALLY in the back bedroom where I was staying. Overall, I know the host can only help with that so much, but the neighbors made the experience anything but great.

We enjoyed our stay at the Airbnb and the hosts were great. You could hear the upstairs neighbors but it didn’t keep us up at night. Hearing neighbors in an apartment is expected. It was clean and cute. The only negative was it smelled like cigarettes and weed really bad, there were air fresheners though. Over all it was a great stay.
