Fantastic place to stay for the price. Quiet, relaxing and a pleasurable roof terrace to enjoy. Very kind to have fresh eggs, bread, butter and milk on arrival. Super easy check-in. Would highly recommend and definitely somewhere we would consider returning to!

Really lovely host, great communication and check in information sent out with plenty of notice. Really clear instructions re check in and easy to find and get in. The flat is quirky in its layout and I would say marmitey. I hit my head quite a few times on the beams but it’s clear in the listing that it’s a loft so that’s my error really.

Only stayed for one night but the flat was lovely and Kerrie was very friendly and helpful. Bread, Jam, Milk, Eggs and hot drinks were a lovely touch. Bed was extremely comfy. Kerrie also offered us free late check out. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Lovely modern apartment, great location. It rained for us, but the pub in Carleton is great and the apartment's nice and doesn't get stuffy.

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful, spacious accommodation. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. We felt very comfortable throught our stay. Very private, with great views of the surrounding countryside from the courtyard. I would definitely stay again/ recommend to others. Thanks again. Kevin
