A quiet overnight in a homey & private space! The guest area is clean and furnished with such thoughtful care. Toni obviously cares deeply about the guest experience and every little detail has been worked out. Her welcome email clearly described the parking and entrance procedures, and I found my room already warmed with a little space heater in anticipation of my arrival. The delicious breakfast muffin (not the ONLY breakfast offering; naturally there were many choices) was just the cherry on top! One note of warning to those with respiratory concerns- the space has the tiniest scent of damp. Not in an unhygienic way- the cleanliness levels are excellent- but just in the way of old/ established buildings. I didn't experience any allergy symptoms but I know there are people with even more extreme sensitivities than me.

Room 2 was better than expected! It is at one end of the hall next to the bathroom and across from “the lounge” - the other rooms are on the other end of the hall so Room 2 is slightly more separate. Amazing muffins and well stocked snacks were appreciated!

A comfortable place with a family feel. Lots if amenities and considerations planned ahead to make it very easy to arrive, stay and rest.
