Walls must be super thin because we only watched TV one night of our 4 night stay and the neighbors were banging on the wall which we took to mean they could hear the TV. Also had 2 towels and washcloths for 2 people for a 4 night stay. Owner said we could have reached out to get more but I don’t feel like we should have to do that. Very walkable area. Modern space. Hot water and good water pressure. Served our needs while in town

I loved the Airbnb; it was modern, clean, quiet and in a great location. We walked to a great pizza place for dinner, and to Biscuit Love every morning for breakfast. We enjoyed walking around Belmont and Vanderbilt. Jill was always available and responsive; very down-to-earth and kind. Our unit had a smaller kitchen with a tiny fridge, so you're not really able to stock up on food and cook. I’m all about eating out on vacation, so wasn’t a problem for me. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We loved our stay. The place was clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The location is fantastic. For us it was less than a $10 Uber to all of the main spots around Nashville. Jill was a great host with wonderful local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Jill's place was great. Very nice neighborhood and lots of parking. The apartment was very clean and was perfect for our 2 night stay. Would definitely recommend to others.

This is a sweet spot for one to two people! it's a lovely neighborhood, and easily walkable to fun shops and restaurants. We even walked downtown, though many people may not want to do this (some busy roads, about 45 minutes at a decent pace - but always sidewalks). The bed is super comfortable, and bath is a good size. The kitchen/living area combo is smaller than appears in the photos, so just be aware that there's not much of a living area. This was a great launch pad for us!
