Perfect getaway location while in the Boston area, looks just like the photos and plenty of space for a family of 11, definitely would recommend this home!!

We stayed here with family as a group of 10 (visiting town for a family birthday celebration). It was the perfect gathering spot. Clean with so much space, plenty of linens and everything we needed in the kitchen. The living room, dining room and kitchen are designed well and very inviting. There is also a very large basement for extra gathering space. We were sad because we didn't have time enough to enjoy all the fun spaces and always found ourselves chatting around the kitchen table. Would definitely rebook for future travel. Our host was EXTREMELY communicative before and during our trip and very detailed instructions were provided for check in, use of our amenities, local things to do and check out. Would recommend!

There are definitely a lot of positive things about this listing! Top of the list - proactive, kind, and warm communication from the host. When I arrived, a smoke detector needed replacing and the host took care of that same-day. That made all the difference to me so I'm very grateful for that. The home is also on a lovely street with similarly well-kept homes/lawns/etc. It was mostly* quiet at night, so peace and tranquility were mostly achieved. The home has generous square footage and a wonderful layout as well. Furniture choices are cute, comfortable, and sophisticated. For less than ideal things: I've already communicated with the host about very minor things, and they responded so respectfully that it feels out of school to list them here publicly. *One set of neighbors had late-night visitors and an inordinate amount of cars parked overnight during my stay. That's their right, of course, and they weren't party-level loud, but I noticed the goings-on nonetheless.
