This is located in a great area. A few minutes from shopping and restaurants. The self check in was great. The room I was assigned was clean and comfortable. The housemates at the time were not very clean themselves but had nothing to do with the owners. I found my apartment early so I was able to shorten my stay with no problems. I recommend this place for a group staying together. Kitchen and living area are roomy and clean.

mark & Casey were great hosts, their little farmhouse was the ideal location for my visit to Joliet. the accommodations were just what I needed and very helpful. I hope The farmhouse will be available for my future visits. the price was right and I really enjoyed my stay there.

Overall the stay was fine I got what I paid for, but the furniture in the room was not the same as the photos, and there were cobwebs on the walls and the stool in the room had a bunch of stains.
