Philip's apartment was just what we needed for our trip to Brisbane City for a midweek wedding. Checking in was straightforward and flexible. We paid an extra $60 for a guaranteed onsite parking space which was a lifesaver and a very good price in a good-sized carpark. The apartment is very high, so the view out the window was brilliant. Thank you for a great stay.

Central location which is great. Our stay was 3 nights long. The pool,gym and sauna are a bonus. Only thing is that you pay a cleaning fee for the air bnb but you are still expected to clean up things that you would expect the fee to cover E.g take all rubbish to the chute, wash and dry dishes etc The rubbish chute isn’t accessible for air bnb guests, it is locked so we weren’t too sure what to do with the rubbish. We also found that the floors had not been cleaned properly, there was a personal object found on the floor that my partner kicked under the bed. Would not have wanted a small child to find that. There is only one spare rubbish bag, so if you have extra trash you’ll have to dispose of some other way.

Stayed here for a girls weekend and went to a concert at Riverstage. Location was great for everything we wanted to do in the city. Easy walk over to Southbank & Gallery of Modern Art etc. Nice clear instructions given by the hosts for check-in + check out process.
