Not my first time staying at Monica's house and it's always a pleasure! Very nice apartment and super great location. Monica was very good at communicating and providing the information I needed during the stay. Would recommend 10/10 to anybody who's looking for a place to stay in the area!
Monica is a great Host, and it was great staying at her place. I highly recommend staying at her place if you are in Sioux City.
We had a great start. Everything was as described. Great kitchen and comfortable beds.
Monica was friendly and personable. Place was very easy to find. Spacious for the most part. All floors are solid, no carpets, which is a plus as my wife suffers with allergies - air born from dust.
